A small sound series for quiet moments

Rockabye
Martin

Four gentle soundscapes, each paired with an original, softly moving picture. Made for parents to explore as part of their own settling routine with a baby.

The format

A little movement, held gently.

Each four-hour video starts with a short moving picture: about one to three minutes of slow camera drift or zoom across an illustration. The visual then repeats as a seamless loop, while its sound is made as a continuous bed. Every image is designed to be restful; every sound is an original, imagined soundscape. There are no promises about sleep; the aim is simply a gentle listening experience.

A steady hush, a soft pulse, a little moonlight. Nothing needs to happen quickly here.

For parents and carers

Every baby and every room is different.

Soft sound is optional and may not suit every baby. If you choose to play music or noise, keep it low and place the playback device well away from your baby's ears. See the Raising Children Network guidance on light, noise and baby sleep.

The illustrations are original AI-generated artwork. Heartbeat-like sounds and other audio are designed soundscapes, not recordings of a particular baby or clinical sounds. These videos make no medical or guaranteed-sleep claims.
