Ideas need somewhere permanent to go.
The production record can hold topic ideas, research, narration, video, images, publication status, promotion and analytics. Podcast plans remain a source of topics and future conversations; current output is narrated video essays, with a target of three a day.
The point is not to build software for its own sake. It is to create enough structure that agents can help without losing context, provenance or human editorial judgement.
